Job Description

We are looking for an HR Ops to support our Human Resources department. You will act as point of contact for HR-related queries from managers, employees and external partners.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and on boarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative & manager tasks in a timely manner.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.

Ministry of Labor requests will be managed by the candidate.

Specifically the candidate will be requested to assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules), with the use of OTL (Presences and absences tool) and provide various reports. Payroll Output will be verify accordingly to relevant information.

Conducting research through various methods to identify a problematic situation or find the cause

Providing advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues

Assist in the development and integration of policies

Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues

Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas

On boarding induction to new hire. Few preferred prerequisite are strong English knowledge and matured HR various experiences matured in HR in multinational companies.

!|!Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
