IT Manager - Application Operation

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Proactively investigate and deep understanding of corporate business requirement, process and application system
- Apply the knowledge and expertise and work with business partner and IT application owners to propose IT solutions and address the business needs and improve the business efficiency
- Work closely with business partners, IT application owners and 3rd party partners to secure stable and reliable application RUN management
- Work as the application operation owner to central manage all the applications in China, including SAP, BI, CRM, POS, SFA, Big data platform etc…
- Work closely with APAC and global RUN organizations to look after the global and zone solution and application running smoothly in China. And be responsible for the connection with IT design and deployment team, secure the application go live and transition to RUN phase.
- Be responsible for the China IT application RUN organization and process buildup and standardization, provide high efficient, innovated and reliable operation service to meet fast growing business requirement
- Lead, coordinate, manage and leverage Internal & external resources, 3rd partners and vendors to ensure the application system stability and optimization
- Be responsible for IT security policy localization & IT service process definition and operation to protect company data security and IT operational service on a level in compliance with the corporate standard.
