Manage a team of Sales Operations Business Analyst’s that are well versed with Oracle’s Opportunity Mgmt. and Quote-to-Order processes and tools.  Will be responsible for supporting Sales Team with their day to day activities\:

• Opportunity Mgmt.
• Quoting
• Approval
• Working w/ Deal Mgmt. on Contract Drafting
• Post-booking processes, tools and reporting
• Collections processes, tools and reporting

Non-standard shift is required to provide local time zone support coverage for North America Sales.

Prior Management experienced preferred.

Manage multiple priorities, projects/tasks and be able to execute against deadlines flawlessly.

Work collaboratively with Sales Team to prioritize your team goals and activities.  This role requires strong communication skills, as well as proficiency with Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint as an organizational and data analytics tool.

!|!Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization*s operational and financial business objectives. Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.

Develops and monitor P&L forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance. Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals. Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract/delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports.

Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire/fire authority. BA/BS degree preferred.!|!
