Placement – Marketing Intern, Global Hospitality Business Unit (July 2020, 12-month placement)

We are on the lookout for bright, talented students to join our busy marketing team for a year-long paid industrial placement within our office in Reading.
The Role\:
During your year at Oracle you will be working within the hospitality global business unit, gaining experience in all things marketing\: social media management, event management, planning and running micro-campaigns, PR, e-mail marketing, research and analysis, search engine marketing/website, contributing to the company blog, content development and more.
The Person\:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented undergraduate with a thirst for knowledge and the ability to demonstrate and show a keen interest in the hospitality industry and B2B marketing.

Requirements\:
• A strong academic record and to be on track for a 2\:1 or a First.
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to offer creative thought
• A methodical approach to work and good attention to detail
• Enthusiasm and the willingness and desire to learn
• To be a positive team player
• To be studying for a business or marketing degree
• Experience in, or knowledge of, the hotel or hotel restaurant industry
