SFAE  Quality Control Manager 产品质量控制经理 （无锡）

What are my responsibilities?

• Lead & manage internal quality control teams and organize inspection resources in line with overall production plan
• Ensuring that the internal quality control processes and regulations are followed, checking and reporting of related internal internal quality control KPI's
• Develop and train for the quality control team, provide guidance to improve the in-house quality control system and inspection efficiency
• Organization and management of continues staff training
• Collect and share lessons learnt and drive continuous improvement of product quality
• High quality and Zero defects Mindset
• Collection, analysis and reporting of department relevant KPI's

What do I need to qualify for this job?
 

• At least ten (10) years work experience in field of quality control with advanced product knowledge for low or medium voltage switchboards. Be able to work independently with strong developed mindset of securing highest product quality standards. Combined intelligence, common sense, creative mind, social confidence and maturity. self-motivated and commitment to achieve excellent results.  
• Expertise and deep knowledge for field of electrical switchboards.
• Over 5 years’ experience of being a leader/manager
• Cultural awareness, able to operate effectively in different cultural environments. International experience is preferred and fluent English required.
