Your Tasks And Responsibilities
1 Support on compensation market intelligence study, competitiveness analysis and propose potential solutions and roadmaps.
2 Support on Compensaion related policies review, update, and implementation.
3 Support on updating Siemens Healthineers Leveling systems, and provide necessary consultancy to HR consultants.
4 Conduct annual compensation survey and propose compensation benchmark.
5 Conduct Annual Stock Plan Communication and Documentation in SAFE.
6 Support on Merit Review implementation and Unit Target Setting / Incentive Calculation at FY end.
7 Optimize the data analytics and reporting system for full HR function including dashboards of People Strategy, Workforce Intelligence, Employee Lifecycle and Employee Experience.
8 Support on necessary activies in M&A cases.
9 Support on any daily ad hoc compensation analysis and data support.
10 Any assigned ad hoc tasks or projects related to C&B.

Your Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years in C&B functions in MNC.
- Experience in consulting firm will be a plus
