The mission of this function is responsible for providing and manage IT infrastructure with satisfied quality and ensure information security.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Responsible for IT infrastructure including servers, network, phone system and printers
2. Provide PC technical support in operating system, and standard software packages to users as required.
3. To ensure information security by implementing corporate policies / procedures, e.g. backup, patching, recovery test etc.
4. Support IT projects and other duties as required
5. Manage IT assets inventory and maintain relevant document

What do I need to qualify for?

1. Experience in maintaining a helpdesk service
2. Experience in Windows domain infrastructure
3. Experience in VMware infrastructure
4. Experience in Cisco network product
5. knowledge of windowns active directory infrastructure and windows server
6. knowledge of network inter-connection and network security
7. PC skills and knowledge of common applications
8. Hardware knowledge of IT equipment
9. good command of English in spoken and written
