In mega trend of Intelligent Manufacturing transformation. More and more enterprises is seeking for using digital approach to transform their business model and improve value chains competence.
Compared with isolated IT and OT solutions, customer requires a more comprehensive planning and integrated solution, with consciously data comprehensive utilization.
Factory planning is an essential part in digital factory. Holistic and reasonable concept design is essential to customer's success, therefor factory planning consultant (SFPC) is needed.
在制造业数字化转型的大潮中，越来越多的企业寻求通过数字化手段进行业务模式转型并提高价值链的能力。相比于割裂的独立IT/OT解决方案，客户需要更加全面系统的规划，集成的解决方案以及全面的数据利用。
工厂规划数字化工厂的必要组成部分，全面合理的工厂概念设计对于客户的成功至关重要。

Siemens is the leading company in digitalization transformation offering. Siemens Digital Industry (DI) set digital enterprise as core approach in Vision 2020+ plan. Digital Enterprise & Digital Service business segment (CS DE&DS) has been setup globally to offer the marketed needed digital transformation portfolio. Incl. Digital Enterprise consulting, integration projects and data services.

3. What are my responsibilities? 职责要求
- Be assigned as consulting revenue as business target. As well as Net Promoter Score in DE&DS business.
承担年度业务营收及部门客户满意度分解指标
- For focused vertical industry (Electronics, Machining, Automotive, Aerospace):
Responsible for layout planning, collect information and deliver requirement for new plant construction.
Responsible for factory warehouse improvement, to maximize customers space use rate.
对于聚焦的行业(电子，机械，汽车，航空航天):
在数字化咨询项目中进行新厂房布局，收集，分析，完善规划信息以输出厂房建设需求。
负责工厂仓储物流优化，增加空间利用率，发挥最大效能。
- Systematically make project plan, organize internal and external resources, communicate with project team members and external customer and control project within time/budget/quality;
系统性地制定对应领域的项目计划，组织内外部资源，与外部客户及其他项目成员沟通以控制项目质量/时间/成本。
- Being organizer facilitator for VSM workshop in consulting project
作为组织者和主持人负责咨询项目的价值流分析工作坊
- Manage outsourced resource in related domain (e.g. IE/Simulation)
管理相关专业的外部资源(例，IE/仿真)
- Responsible for continuous technical radar in related domain and internal training
负责专业领域内的技术雷达更新并进行内部培训
4. What do I need to qualify for this job? 能力要求
- More than 5 years vertical experience. Electronics, Machining and Semi-conductor preferred.
5年以上的行业经验，电子，机械和半导体行业优先。
- Solid success record in factory construction and launch
具有工厂建设和投产的成功经验
- Comprehensive knowledge of IE, ergonomics, lean production, logistics planning, project management.
综合的知识背景，包括工业工程，人因工程，精益生产，物流规划及项目管理
- Deep understanding of lean thinking, combination with digitalization/data/IT is a plus.
对于精益思想的深度理解，其他体系(数字化/信息化/自动化)有深度理解为加分项
- Strong consulting skills, including interview, presentation, professional document writing, assessment, VSM, root cause, data analysis.
- 具备咨询技巧，包括：访谈，演讲，专业文档撰写，评估，VSA/VSD, 根因分析，数据分析等
- 熟练使用CAD、精通EXCEL，PPT等办公软件，精通IE改善手法等技能。对于物流仿真工具(e.g. Tecnomatix) 和数据处理工具 (e.g. Python) 为加分项。；
Familiar with CAD, Office Suite, IE Skill. Skill with logistics simulation(e.g. Tecnomatix) and data processing tools (e.g. Python) is a big plus.
- Able to travel frequently

- English reading & writing.
英文文档的读写。
- Bachelor above, Master degree is preferred. Major preferred in Industry Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Automation, Management Science and Engineering.
本科及以上学历，专业为工业工程、机械工程及自动化、管理科学与工程等相关专业
5. Working Organization工作组织
Report to DE&DS Consulting group head.
Close work with digital consulting team, e.g., R&D process, automation, machining, plant plan...
工作汇报对象为数字化企业与数字化服务咨询组经理。
与数字化咨询团队，如研发，生产，自动化等领域咨询专家配合。
6. Working Location工作地点
Locate in Chengdu.
工作地点在成都。
