NetSuite is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for EMEA to help design and execute a robust strategy across our digital channels, including search (paid and organic), paid social, display, content syndication, webinars, email and branding.

Your focus will be on utilising growth marketing techniques, tools and technology to scale Inbound volumes and drive NetSuite’s significant growth. You will be part of a team of digital marketing specialists, working in collaboration with the broader marketing team and other business stakeholders to exceed pipeline goals across the EMEA regions.

This is an exciting and varied role for a outcomes-driven marketer looking to grow their experience within a global software leader.

 

· Execution of digital marketing strategy to deliver Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) goals in multiple countries and market segments

· Be active in identifying new high-growth and high-volume digital opportunities, take ownership and project manage new initiatives as appropriate

· Oversee efficiency metrics to ensure cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-lead (CPL) stay within control limits while scaling the channels

· Work with content and regional marketing managers to create and place optimised content across digital channels

· Liaise with external agency for media planning and buying

 

Insights and Reporting

· Monitor performance against regional goals, benchmarks and KPIs and proactively share status and any concerns before they become issues

· Identify opportunities to scale, and develop a test and learn approach to new initiatives

· Prepare and present reports including business insights and recommendations based on data analysis (i.e. weekly channel updates, monthly regional updates, quarterly business reviews)

Skills/Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing with 2 years’ experience in B2B demand generation

· Experience across the spectrum of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Paid Search, Website Optimisation, Programmatic, Email, Third-party media

· Experience interpreting data from a variety of media platforms to make solid business recommendations

· Strong project management skills including managing internal stakeholders and marketing agencies

· Be comfortable initiating change and being agile to new ways of working to bring better digital performance

· Proficiency with marketing tracking and analytics, CRM and marketing automation applications

Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Ability to work with Executives. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic. Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Basic HTML and web technology skills a plus. 8 years technology/industry experience and BA/BS/MBA degree.
