Role Purpose:
As a knowledge expert in CX having gained valuable experience in Senior CX roles within organisations, successful incumbents will build relationships with CX professionals and generate demand for exploring Oracle applications as a technology enabler. Leading a North (Netherlands, Belgium, Nordics, Germany, CH, AT) team relentlessly focused on growing the number of Oracle CX Cloud customers across their Region, incumbents make a significant contribution to the delivery of challenging regional sales targets. Mainly focusing on net new customers, the team will also support the conversion of current Oracle customers using on premise solutions, and Oracle customers using other applications.
Key Activities:
- Deliver Demand Generation activities to create and grow pipeline, qualifying leads to meet pipeline targets.
- Provide expertise through the customer journey and establishes role as a trusted business partner for the customer and the sales teams– from demand generation, product evaluation, sale, implementation and contract renewal.
- Develops and maintains long-term, sustainable relationships with customers
- Maintaining relationship and alignment to the Regional Sales Leader priorities and sales plans in Netherlands, Belgium, Nordics, Germany, CH and AT.
- Builds and maintains effective partner relationships, leveraging partner insights and identifying strengths for customer recommendations
- Partners with Marketing to execute Customer focused Marketing content and campaigns that have Industry, Regional and Country relevance to drive demand generation
- Collaborate to deliver value adding activities with the supporting functions including Client Engagement and Customer Success.
- Monitor the progression and conversion of the Customer to sale. Tracks and analyses progress against targets and identifies areas for continuous improvement
- As an Oracle leader, engages immediate team to motivate, develop and retain great people. Works across the pillar and wider business sponsoring talented people to hire and retain the workforce of the future.

Manages, through other managers, a team of business development representatives for a territory/region. The team is actively and frequently customer facing, providing the value proposition to business or org leaders, qualifying opportunities, and selling the value of the oracle solution. Provides operations management of lead qualification functions. Contributes to strategic and tactical planning for the division. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and makes hiring decisions. Manages budget.
Experience qualifying prospects and customers; understanding of the sales cycle process. Strong leadership skills. Strong Oracle product knowledge. BA/BS preferred. Experience managing staff. Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Able to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important.
