Responsible for championing successful delivery of cloud solutions portfolio through effective project leadership and thought leadership to help Oracle's global clients navigate their journey to the cloud. Manage the development and implementation of the cloud solution and partner with clients to establish an operating model for success in the maintenance of the cloud solution as well as embedding a model for continued innovation in the Cloud.

Contributes to the development of the Cloud Adoption strategy and activities within the context of the overall corporate plan to meet company objectives. Manages services through the Oracle Cloud subscription to measure and optimize customers Cloud Adoption. Support the growth and development of the Cloud Adoption Service (CAS) team across the region and on an individual level. Collaborate within Oracle's businesses, functional areas to broaden the take-up of Cloud Adoption Services (CAS), helping to achieve a goal of CAS being integral to every consulting services deal.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Exceptional negotiation skills and relationship management. Advanced knowledge in function, product, technology service, strategy and business complexities in order to contribute the development of creative solutions in are of expertise. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. BA/BS/Masters degree in relevant specialty (IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business) preferred. Ability to travel as needed
