Country HR Manager - Indonesia
- Operates as a country HR Manager managing all Lines of Business (LOB) that is operating in Oracle Indonesia;
- Provides HR leadership to ensure the effective implementation of the on-going management decisions of the local and ASEAN strategy for these LOBs;
- Working with Global HR, ASEAN HR Partners, Total Rewards, OTD and Business Operations teams;
- This is a senior individual contributor role.
Responsibilities:
- As a country HR, the incumbent will be responsible to extend HR leadership and advice to the country management teams;
- Support the initiation and implementation of all HR function and cross functional projects
- Develop and implement HR plans to support country and regional strategic fiscal year business plans e.g.
- Organizational restructure & change implications
- Reorganization & RIF management
- Integration of acquired organizations
- People development
- Advice LoB Leaders and the management team on matters relating to labor laws and HR policies.
- ASEAN/Local wide projects related to the overall business strategy
- Drive Talent Management activity working with LOB Leaders in country. Facilitate Succession Planning. Identification of leadership talents and identification and manage low performers to build a successful organizations;
- Advice Management on available tools, programs, resources;
- Lead Projects/programs that impact the assigned LOBs.
- Participate and contribute to ongoing negotiations and projects: Union elections etc.
- Manage compensations and benefit review processes with Total Rewards.
- Manage HR communications in alignment with regional HR and ASEAN Communications Team.
- Ensure that all labor and government (i.e. immigration, tax, labor etc ) requirements relating to HR function are adhered and implemented on a timely basis at all times.
Requirements:
- HR Generalist with minimum 10 years’ experience preferably within the IT industry.
- Commercially driven with the ability to gain credibility quickly with managers in the business and develop a successful account management relationship.
- Ability to review and solve complex problems taking into account the bigger picture view.
- Project management skills.
- Communication skills
- Excellent written skills-able to create reports, process guidelines, documents/proposals etc.
- Good presentation skills (Fluent English essential).
- Ability to lead and drive activities and projects in Indonesia to successful, time bound outcomes.
- Team player-able to contribute through collaboration and create most effective solutions for business needs.
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness.
- Able to drive actions through influence and collaboration.
- Capable of coaching managers and employees.
- Ability to operate in an international environment.
- Comfortable with systems and processes usage ie Excel, Powerpoint, Zoom, Slack etc.
- Results driven with a strong “can do” attitude.
- Flexible to travel (in ASEAN).

Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 8 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
