HR Consultant- Oracle Indonesia

Tasks:
- Provide timely guidance & advice to all Managers and staff in relation to HR matters
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
- Provide subject matter expertise in local employment/labor laws and regulations
- Advising of and attending to the management and the employees of a defined Line of in all HR related matters
- Cooperation and coordination of business concepts and collective personnel matters with the dedicated ASEAN HR business partners
- Project management and/or actively participation in global and regional HR projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 1 - 3 years generalist HR experience in a dynamic fast paced organization with a degree An individual contributor with strong collaboration skills to work within team and across functional teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Labor Law
- Experience gained in a dynamic matrix organization and international collaboration
- Good experience in managing employee relations, performance management & coaching of employees.
- Strong analytical skills and well-developed business acumen
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, being involved in a decision making process
- Ability to multi-task and work in an ambiguous environment.
- Excellent PC skills (excel, PowerPoint, word, web expertise, database) and administration skills are required
- Knowledge of databases, or reporting tools, or previous experience of statistical analysis a distinct advantage.
