With the rapid growth of Oracle Cloud projects in ASEAN including Thailand, we are looking for experience Project Managers to manage the delivery of Oracle Consulting’s Professional Services implementations of the Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS) such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Experience (CX) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
The Project Manager role is a challenging, exciting opportunity for you to manage full lifecycle Cloud Implementations while using Oracle’s True Cloud Methodology (TCM). In this role you will manage multiple cloud projects and be responsible for the successful delivery of those projects in Thailand and if required other ASEAN countries on-time on-budget, and ensure customer referencability.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning customer specific engagements, managing the business requirements development, review and sign-off process, managing the execution of deliverables while controlling scope, executing the change management process when needed, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks.
You will work with leaders in Oracle Consulting, Development and Support focused on Oracle’s Cloud products. In addition, you are also expected to support pre-sales presentations, bids and proposals, working closely with Sales to accelerate Oracle’s growth in Cloud business.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 4 years of project management experience of no less than 3 complete end-to-end implementation and/or upgrade ERP, HCM, CX or EPM projects.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a functional lead and/or solution architect role with deep domain knowledge of Oracle HCM and/or ERP applications and technology.
- Strong track record of project management of complex, and/or multi-pillar projects, implementation methodologies, project mangaement tools e.g., MS Project, project estimation, project team management, client management and communications, and project and proposal leadership.
- Strong track record of managing and working with offshore delivery resources / teams, and remote project management
- Comfortable working in a matrix management environment.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Oracle Cloud Applications and with regional experience in ASEAN.
- Bi-lingual – Fluent Thai (mandatory) and English
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Support the Sales cycle through scoping of engagements, Executive-level prospect meetings, and solution reviews
- Help to expand Oracle solution footprint in installed base of existing customers
- Present and promote the value of Oracle Consulting Professional Services to prospective customers.
- Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management, and revenue/cost forecast.
- Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer

- A strong background in project management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, most notably in Microsoft Project.
- Strong client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan.
- Implementation experience with ERP, HCM., EPM, and CX applications, and a good understanding of integration, data, customization, and other ERP implementation related principles;.
- Formal Project Management methodology training, with significant practical use. Certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile SCRUM Master are a plus.
- 15-20 years of experience relevant to this position including 10 years of project management experience.

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.
